I've read a lot of "mommy books" and this one has been my all time favorite. I seem to go back to it again over and over. It's written with compassion and understanding for those hard mommy moments but provides great, practical suggestions for getting your own needs met. Best of all, this book doesn't make you feel guilty for having those needs!
