An Angel's Touch Pin, Sister 4 5 1 1

Nice Pin/One Problem Loved the *idea* of this pin, but as has happened in the past when I've ordered ANY of these type 'stick' pins/with the pinch clasp in the back...it was NOT properly packaged ~ and the prong/along with the pinch clasp got bent. I did speak to a rep about this problem. I don't know what the solution is...(perhaps packaging the back of the pin with some sort of rubber stopper/foam nugget/etc...to prevent the pin bending in transit. I was able to straighten it out (to the best of my ability) with tweezers...but it was disappointing, for it to arrive this way...[especially when I've had the same problem before with the same style pins]. HOPE YOUR QUALITY CONROL DEPT. CAN COME UP WITH A SATISFACTORY SOLUTION TO THE ON-GOING PROBLEM! GOD BLESS! November 7, 2012
