People have honest doubts and questions about God that deserve solid answers. How do we explain the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a way the "man on the street" will understand? Ray Pritchard does exactly that in, An Anchor for the Soul. With doubters, seekers, and skeptics in mind, Pastor Pritchard writes in simple language, using limited Scripture references. In a clear, straightforward presentation, he answers questions such as: What is God like? How can I know Him? Who is Jesus and what did He do? What does it mean to be a Christian? Through stories and illustrations, Pastor Pritchard very personally yet gently challenges his readers with the Good News of Jesus Christ.

This is an excellent explanation of the basics
of Christianity. Whenever I can, I give a copy to new believers to help them know what
they're to understand.

If you have questions about God and are searching to know more about Him, this book is for you. It is written in a clear and non-preachy way that will be very helpful and informative.I have heard Ray Pritchard
speak in person. He has dedicated his life to explaining the gospel and what it means to have a personal relationship with God in a way that all people can understand. This would be a great book to give to a friend or co-worker who has questions. I bought four copies!

Great basic presentation of the gospel. Solid biblically, yet not "churchy". I keep it on hand to share with those who have questions about God and faith. My pastor gave a copy to my husband and I have been giving it to people ever since.

This book is just simply put, AWESOME!!!!
It's a great refresher for the practicing Christian and a wonderful
introduction to Christianity in a creative and understandable way.
This also makes a great tool for inspired Christians to share their faith with interested friends and family. My church is currently using this book as such. "An anchor for the Soul" is what we all need and this book can show you how. I've purchased 5 copies already!
