This book was one of the most helpful I've read, it really helps you understand the nature of addiction and its self-defeating cycles. It talks about how it affects you in different ways; physically, emotionally, spiritually, etc. It dissects matters of the heart and shows how addiction is not restricted to drugs and alcohol only.
