Romeo, the Montague heir, attends a masquerade dance at the home of the Capulets, the family of Juliet, where the two fall in love. They arrange to be married in secret by Friar Laurence the next day, but when Romeo kills Tybalt, a Capulet, he is banished from Verona. Through a series of events, Juliet feigns death, only for Romeo to find her before her re-awakening, wherein tragic results ensue. Featuring Alex Hyde-White, Blanche Baker and Esther Rolle.
