The Superstar Student DVD series instructs high school students in how to improve basic study skills and develop a genuine enthusiasm for learning. Lessons cover a range of skills useful in any school subject: budgeting time, taking notes, annotating texts, writing papers, completing exams, and choosing the right career path after high school.

This program integrates the ideas discussed in several earlier lectures. Students will watch how a student named Anna Sopko begins with three essays and does Learning Journals for the essays. Then she develops a research project using the essays as a base. Finally, through the writing process and research using a number of sources, she writes a final project. Grades 9-12. 30 minutes on DVD.
