Much has been written about prominent women of biblical history like Sarah, Ruth, and Esther. Robin Gallaher Branch (PhD, University of Texas at Austin) is professor of Bible and theology at Victory University in Memphis, Tennessee. She was a Fulbright scholar and previously served as an associate professor at the University in Potchefstroom, South Africa.
