This is a very good book for learning about historical doctrines but, when it comes to learning the truth about Jesus, I'll place my trust in the Bible because it has faithly withstood the tests of time. God has alaways been involved in History whether it involves Jews or Gentiles and Christ is Savior of all who comes to Him by faith in repentance in submission to believe in Him as their Lord. God controls history just like He controls the weather and the nations of the world- even His enemies. Reagrdless of what any book of scripture and hermeneutics can claim, Faith can only come from the Word of God.

I feel it is an excellent book and well worth what I paid for it, even if I hadn't gotten such a great price. It is well worth the list price. Very well laid out. The information is down to earth and practical. I believe the book is easily understood by most readers.
