For a century the reigning scientific view has been that God is not necessary to account for the existence of the world and of life. Moreland (Ph.D., University of Southern California; Th.M., Dallas Theological Seminary) is Distinguished Professor of Philosophy at Talbot School of Theology, Biola University, in La Mirada, California. He also serves as director of Eidos Christian Center.
