This is the third Holman Bible Dictionary that I have purchased to give as gifts. The entries are informative, the illustrations and pictures are beautiful, and I have been able to find information in this dictionary that I have not seen elsewhere. I highly recommend this reference to the individual who wants to expand their knowledge of the Bible.

Excellent reference! Good unbiased historical perspective from a multitude of contributors, great photos, name definitions, maps, summaries, and more. I bought one copy for myself (on sale) 4 years ago, and found it valuable enough to purchase 4 additional copies (one for each of our Sunday School classrooms).

I have found very little about this product that I don't like (except perhaps its weight). It will be most helpful in preparing my Sunday School lessons.

This is the best dictionary I have seen. It is a permanent fixture in my Jr. High and Sr. High Sunday School room. They enjoy going deeper into the Bible by using this dictionary
