re the threads of our lives accidentally tangled or intentionally arranged? Ravi Zacharias answers that question with stories that indicate that every detail of our lives is woven into place by a loving and sovereign Father. See how the Grand Weaver is stitching the tapestry of your life in this inspiring book
With inspiring stories and thought-provoking questions, Ravi Zacharias traces the multiple threads of our lives, describing how the unseen hand of God guides our joys, our tragedies, our daily humdrum to weave a pattern of divine providence and meaning.
Dr. Ravi Zacharias is the founder and president of Ravi Zacharias International Ministries. He has spoken all over the world in great halls and universities, confronting spokespersons of other beliefs - and no beliefs - with impact and grace. The author of many books, he powerfully mixes biblical teaching and apologetics. His weekly radio program, "Let My People Think," is broadcast over 1,500 stations worldwide. He and his wife live in Atlanta, Georgia.
Sometimes life may seem to be a disjointed collection of unrelated events. But in The Grand Weaver: How God Shapes Us Through the Events of Our Lives, Ravi Zacharias shows how God is interested and active in every part of a believer’s life, and even the tiniest detail is important to Him.
Zacharias explains that it is often difficult to discern God’s presence in trying times, but even those periods are woven into the intricate design He is creating in each Christian’s life. The end result will be a beautiful, one-of-a-kind tapestry specially created by the Master designer. Zacharias maintains that theme as he demonstrates that God is concerned about such things as His followers’ jobs, disappointments, worship, morality, and destinies. They are all tied together in the grand design, and every thread adds to the overall splendor.
Zacharias craftily reinforces his thoughts with interesting personal stories and biblical examples. His style moves the reader along effortlessly as he sufficiently covers each topic without belaboring his points or sounding preachy.
He includes an appendix containing 25 key questions, such as, “How can I see God’s pattern in my life unfold, even when I am in pain?” and “How can I begin to discipline my will?” The question and answer format allows Zacharias to directly and succinctly address concerns his readers may have been thinking about as they read the book, and nicely drives home the main concepts. Zacharias does a masterful job of unraveling the mysteries of the Grand Weaver’s loving design for the lives of His children. – Jeff Friend, Christian Book Previews.com

Ravi's books are always interesting and challenging and this is no exception.
It will cause you to think again about how God works in your life, even to the smallest matter. This book holds forth God as sovereign and in control, as He is. Ravi has again blessed me with the level of his writing. This one should be in every believer's library.

Ravi's book, Grand Weaver, is excellent. Very
encouraging...in the fact that it reminds me
that God is interested in my life and my future, and that of my family. The stories
that he relates are encouraging. Like a lot
of families, we are going through a spiritul
battle..husbund/son. However, being reminded
through Scripture and examples that God is
interested in every aspect of my life, has been uplifting to me spiritually.
Thanks for including this in your catelog.
