This book was easy to understand and got the message across in a way that gave enough information and the pictures were not too scary I let my kids color the book to ad color to it and they enjoyed that.

It does a good job of covering the basics; could even be used as an adult reference to touch on the main points people should be concerned about when it comes to Halloween.

Description of the book is very accurate. It is a very helpful book for christian parents to answer the question "Why don't we celebrate Halloween?"
I read it with my 6 year old son, and we both benefit from the book. We do not celebrate Halloween at home, or at church. And I know of the facts/origin of Halloween, but it's really nice to have the truth delivered in a way that young children can understand. What I also like is that the book talked about other holidays (Christmas and Easter) to help children understand that celebrating a holiday honors someone or something.

Excellent book! This book is very well written. It is easy enough for my 6 yr old to understand, yet straight forward, honest and accurately tells the history of Halloween. I could not have said it better myself when my daughter asked me "Mommy, Why Don't We Celebrate Halloween?" Thank You!

My almost 5 year old knows we don't like halloween, but this year he wanted to know why we don't like it. This book is awsome! It lays it out plain and simple. He actually wanted to take it to preschool and he wants to tell people why halloween is not good at all. I would recommend this to every Christian.
