What can I say or add that Spurgeon or Dr.Lockyer haven't already said. Except this is a must buy for my library. Which I did indeed buy this very day.Thank you CBD

Easier to read than those of Matthew Henry but rather deficient in some details and explanations. As a new student to the Bible, I recommend this book to you who needs to understand the meanings of the Bible verses. If you need an extraordinary and genius interpretations, please consider Matthew Henry commentary and Mathew Poole commentary.

One of the best I have gotten. Comprehensive but succint. Easier digested than those of the older classic commentaries. I highly recommend this text along with those of Matthew Poole and Matthew Henry commentary and you will never need anything more.
