Being as we are well on our way to a large family, I was looking for a curriculum that would allow me to be flexible and use the interest of my children. I found that this was the only curriculum that I was going to have to buy for the all subjects excluding math and phonics. I highly recommend unit studies made easy.
After reading the book I really felt confident about unit studies for our family. We also purchased her phonics program Reading Made Easy which keeps the feel of the love of learning with family. After each lesson you read a good book and my kids love it. So Unit Studies Made Easy, Reading Made Easy, Miquon and Singapore and you got the whole school curriculum K-12 for all around $100. That is the gift that keeps on giving.

This is a great book, and it is helping me to revolutionize the way we home school. I am so tired of draining the fun of learning from my young kids with textbooks. I'm hoping to spend this summer revamping things (with the Lord's help) so that hopefully we will have a great school year next year.
This is a compilation of 4 books: How to Create Your Own Unit Study, The Unit Study Idea Book, For the Love of Reading, and Success with Unit Studies. There are also some extras at the beginning and end, as well as descriptions of the author's other books. There is a chapter at the beginning called "Biblical Parenting or Schooling at Home?" which is not to be missed.
