A good little book but mostly a rehash of material in his major books. I'm a Maxwell fan and have about 10 of his books. This one was a bit disappointing.

Primer on Leadership
Offering such fundamentals as influence, integrity, attitude, vision, problem-solving, and self-discipline John Maxwell's primer on Bible-based leadership is an excellent resource. Much of the material is gleaned from earlier books, and merged into a basic study, hence the title "101".
