Home education apologetics meets vision! Don’t homeschool without this thoughtfully written book: on tough days it will strengthen your backbone, reminding you why you are doing this; on good days it will help you explain to others why you homeschool. Highly recommended.

'Upgrade' focuses on the essentials of a Christ-honoring education for any child. It provides refreshment for the heart of a parent/mentor in the midst of the daily struggle by pointing the way proven true by God himself in Scripture. Bravo.

This book is the best book on the discipleship of the whole child that has come out in a very long while. Swanson catches the true meaning of Deuteronomy 6:7 and Ephesians 6:4.
