These daily meditations will pull you up short as they open your eyes to the way the world has crept into every part of our lives without us even noticing it. This book is impactful for a believer, but it also would be a great gift for someone who is searching as well. It is not preachy, but downright practical in how to combat the busyness and stress of this life we lead, and how to find rest for the soul.
