I read this book years ago and it was the key to winning over depression. Excellent book. Since then I have bought several to give to others to help them learn how to manage depression and conquer it. It's an awesome teaching and I recommend it to everyone.

I read the original book and followed the instructions. It took some time but I was able to completely come out of depression using the instructions in this book and through a great deal of prayer. I highly recommend it. I give away many copies to those I see need it.

This was the first book I read about depression. It helped me to understand why I was feeling the way I was feeling and moved me toward healing. I would recommend it highly...
