A must for every Christian Anyone wanting to understand the gospel needs this book. Recommended for every new Christian & many old Christians trying to muster up faith, to follow Christ and failing. Excellent content IMO a must read for those who desire the pursuit of holiness in their lives. This book is a fine foundation with respect to the human nature and God's grace. January 24, 2013

The grace of God in Christ drives our pursuit of holiness, of which we have none absent the atoning work of Jesus and his imputed righteousness. A deeper understanding of his grace drives a growing desire to walk with Him. I recommend The Discipline of Grace as an encouraging work to help you grow in the knowledge and grace of our Lord Jesus.
