This is the answer to housebound kids in winter or cold weather. Sports indoors could not be more fun. When it warms up we just take these games outside. I have a boy and a girl and the games are great for buth. This book covers everything you need to know about parenting kids in a happy and healthy way!

The moms at my preschool were talking about this book so I gave it a try. WOW!! Was I amazed at how useful this book is for my children. They are 3 and 6-years-old and we can play so many games in such a short amout of time each day. This book was a blessing. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to play games with kids. I always had the desire, but didn't know what to do. Now I feel like I can make a differenc in my kids' lives. After a few plays sessions, they already jump higher, catch more balls and seem to have better hand control in their writing/coloring. This is an amazing book. I am giving it to my friends for Christmas!!!

I am a pro beach volleyball player and this book is awesome. I wish I had played these kinds of games when I was little. Author Karen Ronney has given every parent the tools to help their kids be great athletes. This is a great book and I use it to work with my youth volleyball team. Buy it and use it!!!

I am a home schooling parent and this book was the answer to my prayers. I was looking for something sporty for my 4 kids to do together. Karen Ronney's book is exactly what I needed. Now we can play together, or I can just work with one child at a time for that special mom-child time. I would recommend this book to every homeschooling family!!!!

I was looking for fitness activities and games to play with my 2 girls and this was recommended by a good frined. It is easy to understand my kids love playing these games. This works when we have only a few minutes or we can play. Now my kids are asking for to play games in the "FUN BOOK" as they call it. After about 2 weeks I noticed a huge improvement in their ball throwing and catching, and also their jumping distances. I would absolutely recommend this book. It is a great Holiday gift for anyone who has kids.
