I purchased this Bible for my 16 year old son. He has been wanting a "grown up" Bible and this was it! I have used the NIV Study Bible for a number of years and find it to be an outstanding help.
My son loves his new Bible. He loves the leather cover, the compact size and the small but readable text. It is a beautiful book.
Beyond the aesthetics of this Bible, the NIV Study notes are a great addition to help in your understanding of applying the Bible to your life today. I think they are very helpful to a new Bible student.

This Bible is wonderful...the leather is really soft and it has wider margins than either the personal size or the regular size editions...and as a bonus it also has two ribbon markers...I had the really large edition(to get the wider margins and the two ribbon markers) and gave it away...if I had known how much I would like this one I could have saved $100 if I had bought this one in the first place.Am very happy with this purchase.

I had no idea that the cover and binding on this Bible were so nice. I sit sometimes and just rub the cover on my cheek to feel the softness as close as possible. I was truly surprised. A nice job and a great price.

Beautiful, very well made high quality study bible. The leather is beautiful, and has that special feel. The print, although very small, is vivid and readable. There are many page magnifiers available here at christianbooks, that will help you overcome small print. Talk to one of the customer service reps They are eager to help you find "just what your

The only reason I gave it 4 1/2 stars is that it's got smaller type print than what I prefer (nothing's perfect). However, the price and quality make up for that. Also, easy to take with me/not heavy. Thanks!

This is a beautiful, well made study Bible.
The leather binding has a wonderful feel. The niv is a great translation. The print in this compact edition is small, but very readable. I recommend that you take advantageof this offer before they are all gone.
