Available for the first time in one volume, these three best-selling Christmas stories by Max Lucado are guaranteed to warm your heart. In The Christmas Candle, you'll witness the unimaginable as the holy and the human collide. Then you'll explore a past event that holds the key to a journalist's future in A Christmas Child. Finally, read An Angel's Story to take a journey through time for startling, behind-the-scenes glimpses of the battle that took place on the very first Christmas.
In the mystery of Christmas we find its majesty.
The mystery of how God became flesh, why he chose to come, and how he must love his people.
Such mysteries can never be solved, just as Love can never be diagrammed.
Christmas is best pondered, not with logic, but with imagination.

Lovely stories from various perspectives and time periods to prepare your heart for Christmas. The book itself is lovely and would make a nice gift.

I can't seem to get into this book. Have started it twice. I usually like Max Lucado but for some reason, I am not getting this book. I will try again later.

Vol I (An Angel's Story) is excellent. We read it as a family on Christmas day. What a powerful perspective of the birth of Christ. Don't miss this one. I bought the book just for Vol I. Great buy

Very entertaining for the whole family. Read the stories to my children ages 3,7,8. The first story had some explaining to do on my part, but what an interesting way to show the children about spiritual warfare.
