The Difference a Father Makes is an encouraging book for the father who is striving to be the spiritual leaders of his family. As Ed McGlasson shares touching personal stories from his life, he motivates fathers to go beyond the cultural expectations to bless their children and equip them for adulthood. Though I did not connect with the deep emotional wound of not knowing my father’s love (and felt that the question “What does my dad really think about me?” does not necessarily define my true identity), I was challenged to be a help my children develop their self-confidence and understand my unconditional love and acceptance.

This book is not just for men, every woman should read this book too. Pastor McGlasson hits the nail on the head in conveying his personal convictions as a dad and God the Father's passion for earthly fathers to step up in their children's lives and reclaim this and future generations for Jesus Christ. Written from a uniquely personal perspective this book is straightforward and easy to read. Its even easier to apply. The earthly fatherless have a home in Christ Jesus and Ed McGlasson has the road map. You must read this book. It will change your life.

This book is an incredible tool. I love the way Ed shares his experiences, and shows us practical application. Praise God for Ed's ministry.
