Log in to your account and go to the Order History section of your account. You will see your orders in chronological order along with the status of each. Here are the status updates you may see:
Submitted means that the order has been entered into our system, but can still be edited or cancelled. We process orders in a matter of minutes, so if you would like to change or cancel an order, it is best to call us immediately at 1-800-CHRISTIAN (1-800-247-4784 in the US and Canada; in all other countries please call 1-978-977-5000).
Complete means that all items on the order have been shipped to you.
Cancelled orders will not be processed or shipped.
In Process means that your order has been sent to our warehouse and it is too late to change or cancel it.
Authorization Pending means that we were unable to obtain credit card authorization. If that happens, we send you an email to help complete your order.
Backordered means that one or more items on your order are not currently in stock in our warehouse. When this occurs, we ship your in-stock items immediately, then send the backordered items as they become available. There is no additional charge for shipping separate backorders, and your credit card will not be charged until your backorders leave our warehouse.
