1. To Enter: No purchase or obligation necessary. The contest runs from October 5, 2008 to November 5, 2009. A Christian Book Distributors' customer can enter the contest by filling out the form on the website which includes name, address, phone and e-mail address. Online entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET November 31, 2009. Entries limited to one per e-mail address.
2. Drawing: On or about November 10, 2009, eighteen random drawings from all entries received will be conducted by Christian Book Distributors, LLC.
3. Prize: Three random people will receive a free subscription for a 3-month membership to receive fresh flowers along with a signed copy of Daisy Chain and A Slow Burn. Fifteen random people will recieve a signed copy of Daisy Chain and A Slow Burn. The prizes will be shipped from Christian Book Distributors to the addresses provided on the entry forms. Total approximate retail value (ARV) of the prizes is $250. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of the prizes permitted.
4. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to all legal residents of the United States 14 years or older as of October 5, 2009. Void in Puerto Rico, Canada, and where prohibited by law. Employees of Christian Book Distributors, LLC. and Zondervan and their immediate family members and individuals living in the same household as such employees are ineligible. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and accept decisions of Sponsor as final.
5. Limitation of Liability: Sponsors (Christian Book Distributors, LLC. and Zondervan) are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials; stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; or transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of sweepstakes as determined by Sponsors at their sole discretion.
6. Entry constitutes permission to use the winner's name and any statements about the contest for publication purposes without any additional compensation.
