1. To Enter: No purchase or obligation necessary. The contest runs from July 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009. A Christian Book Distributors' customer can enter the contest by filling out the form on the website which includes name, address, phone and e-mail address. Online entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET December 31, 2009. Entries limited to one per e-mail address.
2. Drawing: On or about January 8, 2010, one random drawing from all entries received will be conducted by Christian Book Distributors, LLC.
3. Prize: One random person/church will receive a free 3-session conference with Kay & David Arthur. Total approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $2,500. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of the prize permitted. All travel expenses (transportation, meals, lodging, etc.) for the Arthurs will be paid for by Harvest House Publishers.
4. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to all legal residents of the United States 14 years or older as of July 1, 2009. Void in Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Canada, and where prohibited by law. Employees of Christian Book Distributors, LLC. and Harvest House Publishers and their immediate family members and individuals living in the same household as such employees are ineligible. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and accept decisions of Sponsor as final.
5. Limitation of Liability: Sponsors (Christian Book Distributors, LLC. and Harvest House Publishers) are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials; stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; or transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of sweepstakes as determined by Sponsors at their sole discretion.
6. Entry constitutes permission to use the winner's name and any statements about the contest for publication purposes without any additional compensation.
