Dr. Henry Blackaby is considered one of the five most influential figures in todayís Christian church. He has spent his life in ministry, serving as a church planter, pastor, and missionary. A vibrant speaker, he is the bestselling author of more than a dozen books, including the classic Experiencing God. A graduate of the University of British Columbia , Blackaby earned his B.D. and Th.M. degrees from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary, and holds four honorary doctorate degrees. Today his primary message is an urgent call for spiritual leadership and revival across North America and around the world. Henry and his wife, Marilynn, have five children and fourteen grandchildren, and make their home near Atlanta, Georgia.
Dr. Norman C. Blackaby serves as vice president of Blackaby Ministries International, where his responsibilities include preaching, leading conferences, and directing the online training center. He and his father coauthored Called and Accountable: Discovering Your Place in Godís Eternal Purpose. Prior to joining Blackaby Ministries, Norman served in Texas as a senior pastor. He holds a Ph.D. in Biblical Backgrounds and has taught for two Southern Baptist seminaries in the fields of Backgrounds and Spiritual Development. He currently resides in Cochrane , Alberta , with his wife, Dana, and their three children, Emily, Douglas, and Anne.
