I've been using these for years now. I teach a class on Bible study methods and recommend this as the best way to color code scripture for study.
I've also found through Pentel's website that they actually make 16(!) different colors for these pens, including purple, peach, and a darker shade of green, so one is not limited to the eight "stock" colors this unit comes with.

A top of the line marking tool! Markings do not bleed thru the pages and yet are visible for study recognition. Easy to use during studies and conferences as well as personal Bible Study.

I love this product! Eight colors of highlighters and only one pen to keep up with. Wore out my other one over several years of use so was elated to find a replacement!

Not for using to highlight during a sermon or classroom type bible study as it's a bit cumbersome to go from one colored lead to another. You have to manually gauge how much lead comes out before you use it. When you're done with the color, you have to tip the pencil upside down so the lead returns to its chamber before selecting a new color. The colors are legible and easy to see. The pencil is easy to use, just doesn't allow for quickly going from one color to another. I'm very pleased with this product.

PRAISE THE LORD! I have been looking for this for so long. I had two of them years ago. I lost one and I broke one. It is the most wonderful aid for marking my bible. I made my marking system aroud the 8 colors. I can tell how a verse relates to me by the color. You can highlight in 8 different colors and only carry one instrument. It does NOT bleed through the paper no matter how thin. You can highlight or underline. It is the best investment a serious bible student could make.

I love this dry marker Vible highlighter. I study with Kay Arthur and this marker is perfect! I love it. In face, the ones I ordered this time one was a gift to my friend who was expressing a desire to have one. It is great.
