Dr. Warren W. Wiersbe writes in such a way that he does not talk down to you, nor at you, but speaks clearly and understandably that you take it into your mind and heart. This Bible study book takes you deeper into the New Testament books of 1 and 2 Timothy, Titus, Philemon; studying these Scriptures--rather than reading a commentary alone.

The Wiersbe Bible Study Series: 1&2 Timothy, Titus, PhilemonBy far one of the best bible studies of books of the bibles I have used in awhile. This bible study correlates with the commentaries. I like that it uses both the bible and the commentaries as sources of study. This particular study was divided into eight lessons. I found it difficult to complete a lesson in one setting, but this did not discourage me at all. Rather, I was glad that what I did complete in a setting was worthwhile. I never put the study down feeling like I had wasted precious time. I always felt that I had learned something useful. I thought the questions were thought provoking and required you to actually search for truth and reflect on the Word of God. So many book, by book bible studies are weak in this area, getting only to the surface level material. Never pushing one to dig deeper into scripture and search for meaning on ones own. I would recommend this study for anyone wishing to gain insight and knowledge of the Word of God.Thank You Cook Communications and B&B Media for providing this as a review copy!

Wiersbe Bible Study Series: 1 & 2 Timothy, Titus, & Philemon: It's Always too Soon to Quit is a must read addition to Wiersbe Be series. I've read several volumes in the Be series, and this encourages readers to go much deeper in their understanding of Scripture. I do wish that I had had Be Faithful to read along with it, the reader doesn't get as much of Wiersbe's thoughtful commentary as I would like. However, this guide asks readers to read a chapter or two of the assigned books and then has several questions that will make readers dig deep and think hard about the Scripture. Wiersbe's studies are unparalleled at making the Bible fresh and personal for each reader. I can't stop singing the praises of this book and the rest of the series.
